ABOUT THE ROLE
CONTRACT – MAY/JUNE 2017 – NOV 2017
We are looking for an energetic, organized and welcoming Freelance Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities Team.
You will be responsible for fielding enquiries from the 500-600 staff (inc sub tenants) , investigating the enquiries and then directing the enquiries along the relevant chain of command.
You will also be responsible for following up and maintaining the communications with all parties until a satisfactory resolution is found.
Day to day enquiries can include anything from liaising with suppliers in adjuting temperature and lighting, meeting room set-ups, managing events, tea point repairs, furniture reparies, building tours, parking, safety and security and catering.
You will also be required to keep a log of all POs to manage budget spend and raise POs.
- You will have at least 1 years experience in a similar Facilities
- Coordinator role

- Computer literate
- No task “too big or too small” approach
